PW Circles are a great way to study the Bible with other women in our congregation. Our study for this year is Sacred Encounters: The Power and Presence of Jesus Christ in Luke-Acts by Olive Mahabir.
There’s a Circle that meets when it’s convenient for you. Some Circles meet in the morning, some at lunch and some in the evening; and we may even have an online Circle! Please ask about setting up new Circles that are convenient for your schedule.
See if one of these groups is right for you:
- Esther Circle meets from September to May/June on the second Monday evenings at 5:30pm in individual homes. Dinner is served, but optional. Please contact Lu Mahon, leader, or lesson leader Kathy Tracey for individual monthly meeting places.
- Morning Circle 2 meet on second Mondays in person and on Zoom. Coffee and light refreshments available at 10:00 a.m. at the church in Room G-15, with Carolyn Ashworth leading Lesson 1 promptly at 10:30. Questions? Email Carolyn at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 205-901-2417.
- 35226-ers Circle meets every 3rd Tuesday from September-May beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Beth Meadows, 474 Park Avenue, Bluff Park in Hoover (get directions here). Contact study leader Kathryn Michael or SHPC liaison Katya O’Leary for more info.
