South Highland’s own Sarah Koch comes home to SHPC today for a special lunch following the 11 a.m. worship service. Sarah is the founder of Development in Gardening, whose mission is to improve the nutrition and livelihoods of some of the world’s most uniquely marginalized people by teaching them to plant regenerative gardens that grow health, wealth, and a sense of belonging. She will tell us all about new work DIG is undertaking in Senegal, where the organization first began its work. SHPC supports DIG through gifts to our Global Witness offering.
