Join us as South Highland hosts a blue-ribbon panel discussion, “Civil Rights, Then and Now.” The discussion is part of a weeklong “Journey to Truth” by the Social Justice Book Club of Taos, New Mexico, as they explore educational activities, service projects and conversations in Birmingham and Montgomery.
The panel will include:

- Rev. James Ephraim – Retired Presbyterian Pastor
- Dr. Lonnie Hannon – UAB Associate Professor
- Artie C. Nelson, M.D. – Psychiatrist/Generational Trauma
This free event is open to the public. Entrance to the event will be through the porte cochère in the church’s parking lot on 13th Avenue South at Richard Arrington, Jr. Blvd.
