In June 2023, following years of war and a devastating earthquake, the Presbyterian Church in Latakia, Syria, began the first stages of building a new playground for children served by the church. Coordinated by The Outreach Foundation, the project is funded in large part by a significant gift from South Highland. Praise the Lord for enabling us and others to provide an area of recreation and respite in a very difficult part of the world.
